WALT find out what artists think about when planning, working on and completing their visual art.

Work with a buddy. You need your Reading Book, today's date

1. Go to Encyclopedia.

2. Copy all 8 words and their meaning. Put them in 2 groups like on the screen.

3. If need be click on the word for visual examples.

4.. Read and remember what you have written, You will need to know these word meanings.

5. Click on Explore the toolkit

6. Decide which of the 6 components you wish to explore first (line, colour, space, shape, balance, movement/rhythm.)

7. FOR EACH COMPONENT YOU MUST Read the text and think about what you are being shown,

• Watch .....till the green triangle comes up
• Find..Follow the instructions. Put the arrows in the most appropriate spot. Discuss with your buddy. Actual artworks are used.
• Create..Use the knowledge you have just read about and looked at to create an image.
• You may Print... only if it is an especially great image you wish to share with the class.
