Celebrating our 75th Anniversary

International Naval Review 17-22 November 2016

November is almost here with the 75th's pinnacle event, the International Naval Review. Throughout 2016 we have been celebrating and commemorating the service, commitment and sacrifice of the men and women who have proudly served the Royal New Zealand Navy.

On 1 October 1941, His Majesty King George VI approved the designation "Royal New Zealand Navy" for the regular element of the New Zealand Naval Forces.

2016 marks the 75th Anniversary of the foundation of our Navy.

The International Naval Review in Auckland Harbour will take place over 17-22 November and will be the highlight of the year. Navies from around the world will be represented to help us celebrate our 75th Anniversary.
